SIG provides business services for the distribution networks of their industrial accounts. In this role, the company is required to deliver flexible and responsive human resources available on request. These transactions, which include postal mail, fax and emails, often result in the need for SIG to manage several hundred thousand files annually. These files often include working contracts, customer-related information and project-related information (information on products, brands, specific tasks, expense forms, feedback forms, etc.).
SIG chose StreamServe to help it face this huge task because of its proven track record and leadership in the market, its customer-centric approach, ease of deployment and ability to adapt to SIG’s environment and requirements. Today, StreamServe is used by SIG employees for the formatting, the grouping, and the automated insertion of mission documents and work contracts. The StreamServe solution also enables the design and composition of invoices and statements. Finally, the several hundred thousand emails, faxes and text messages distributed to support field interventions are streamlined and automated by StreamServe. This has reduced the work involved in document processing and distribution by 10 percent, depending on activity levels.
